How can I contact Riot Games if I have additional questions?
Please submit a ticket through the Contact Us link on the footer of every page if you have any questions. A Riot Games support specialist will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Where can I check the status of my order?
You can find your order status on the Order Details page on the My Account dashboard. If you checked out as a guest, you can still view your order status by using the Order Status lookup tool.

Is it possible to place a wholesale order?
We don't offer wholesale pricing or bulk discounts at this time.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Sofort (Germany Only)
  • Barzahlen (Germany Only)

We don't accept payment via money order, check, COD, or cash (outside Germany). We also can't process partial payments.

I see two records for the payment I made for the order in my account. How was my payment processed?
Payment is captured at the time the order is placed, this includes orders for items marked as preorders. The charge will appear on your statement as Riot Games Merchandise.

If you see a duplicate charge on your statement, one is for the authorized amount that was held for your order during the 30 minute cancellation period. The duplicate charge will drop off in 2-8 business days.

Is it possible to place orders through phone or email?
We can't take orders over the phone or via email.


How can I create and account in the site?
Your League of Legends account is used as your Riot Merch store account. If you don't have an existing account, you can Create a New Account on the League of Legends website, or use the guest checkout option. Creating an account with us will enable you to easily view order history and check the status of your orders and returns.

How can I change my account's email or my password?
To change your password or your registered email address, log into your account in the site and go to the Account information section. The password reset option will take you to the League of Legends site since your LOL account password is the one used in the Merch site. If you are having problems with your account, please contact us.

Is it possible to place an order without an account?
Yes! You can use the guest option when checking out.

I'm having difficulties adding items to my cart, what can I do?
Please be sure that the item you are trying to add is in stock in your selected size. If the item is in stock and you can't add it, please try to clear your cache and cookies, and refresh the product page. If this doesn't work, please contact us for help.

If you encounter any error in the site:
If you experience an error while browsing in our store, try to clear your cache and cookies and refresh the page. Additionally, we suggest temporarily disabling any browser add-ons you have running as they can interfere with the website. Please contact us if you still have difficulties with the site after trying the suggestions above.
